We offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders.

If you need your order sooner, Next Day Delivery is available for £5.00 on orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00pm. Orders received after 2:00pm, or over weekends or public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Next Day Delivery is available for UK mainland addresses only.

As the official Melissa distributor for the United Kingdom, we currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch with our Standard Delivery service, although additional processing time may be required during busy periods, promotional events, or new collection launches.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by our trusted carrier partners, and Melissa cannot accept responsibility for delays that are outside of our control.
