Ordering

How long will it take to recieve my order?

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if an item is missing from my order or was shipped incorrectly?

If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team within 5 business days of receipt of your package.

Should inquiries be made after 5 business days, order corrections will be made at the discretion of our Customer Care team.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier or your freight forwarder with your tracking number.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must notify our Customer Care team within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials. We will email you a return label for sending back the merchandise. A replacement item will be sent, if available, upon receipt of photos showing the damaged item.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

At Melissa Shoes UK, we are committed to delivering your order with care, clarity, and reliability. As the official Melissa distributor for the United Kingdom, we currently ship within the UK only. All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum spend required.


Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch. During peak periods, promotional events, or new collection launches, some orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been handed over to our carrier.

Refunds

Due to varying processing times, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
