We offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders.

Need your order sooner? Next Day Delivery is available for £5.00 on orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00pm. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or over the weekend or on public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. Next Day Delivery is available for UK mainland addresses only.

As the official Melissa distributor for the United Kingdom, we currently ship within the UK only.

Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and cannot be guaranteed. All shipments are handled by our carrier partners, and Melissa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch with our Standard Delivery service. Some orders may require additional processing time during busy periods or promotional events.
