Make a Return
We offer a 30‑day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
A £2.99 handling fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
